Welcome to the Path of Light
Embarking on the journey of the Path of Light, also known as the Path of Meditation, is a profound and transformative experience that holds the potential to unlock inner peace, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection with the universe. However, along this path, individuals may encounter various misconceptions and self-imposed limitations that can hinder their progress and lead them astray. It is crucial for seekers to navigate through these challenges with clarity and understanding to realize the true essence of meditation.
In the Soul Search program, participants will be immersed in the teachings and practices of Dhyana, the ancient art of meditation. Derived from the Sanskrit terms "Dhi" meaning mind and "Yana" denoting a movement towards a transcendent realm beyond ordinary awareness, Dhyana transcends mere relaxation techniques to become a spiritual discipline aimed at unlocking one's true self and establishing a profound connection with the vast cosmic energy beyond the limitations of the physical body and intellect. Ultimately, Dhyana seeks to facilitate the union of the individual soul with the Absolute Being, fostering a sense of oneness and harmony with the universe.
Through a comprehensive examination of the theory, practical applications, and self-reflection exercises, participants in the Soul Search program will delve deep into the essence of meditation. Guided by expert instructors, seekers will explore various meditation traditions, proper breathing techniques, and methods to enhance focus and concentration. By integrating meditation with natural sounds, chants, and sound therapy, participants will be led on a journey towards profound silence and inner stillness, nurturing a space for spiritual growth and self-discovery.
Central to the Soul Search program is the cultivation of self-awareness that transcends the constant chatter of the mind. Participants will be encouraged to engage in post-class discussions to reflect on their spiritual evolution and share insights with fellow seekers. Through this collective exploration, participants will uncover the techniques needed to prepare the mind for advanced meditation practices, dispel common misconceptions surrounding meditation and concentration, and lay a solid foundation for a fulfilling and rewarding meditation journey.
At the heart of the program lies the belief that meditation is a gateway to inner peace, self-realization, and spiritual enlightenment. By embracing the principles of Dhyana and committing to a dedicated practice, participants in the Soul Search program will embark on a transformative journey towards self-discovery, clarity of mind, and alignment with their true essence. The Path of Light awaits those who are ready to embark on this profound and enlightening journey towards spiritual awakening and inner peace.

Meditation Class
In meditation I’ve learned to quiet and control the mind so I can feel more relaxed and peaceful. In Yoga Vasistha I’ve learned of three spiritual sadhana. The first is to be constantly in connection with the Brahman the second is that your desires will be eliminated and the third is to keep your mind calm through breathing. Bhagavad Gita has taught me that the Brahman is inside me. Nothing is permanent in this world n I’ve learned to let go and not to have attachment
