Pranayama Workshop
Breath, Rhythm & Meditative Awareness
Prāṇāyāma 2.0 is a continuation breathwork and meditation workshop designed to help seekers deepen their inner practice through practical, systematic, and accessible methods of breath awareness and rhythmic breathing. Building upon foundational meditative practices, this workshop offers a deeper understanding of how conscious breathing directly influences the mind, emotions, energy levels, and meditative stability.
Through guided instruction and experiential learning, participants will explore how prāṇāyāma breathing techniques can gradually quiet mental restlessness, improve concentration, and create a smoother transition into deeper states of meditation and inner stillness. This mindfulness and breathwork workshop is designed to be approachable for both beginners and continuing practitioners, offering practical tools that can be comfortably integrated into daily life.
Participants will be introduced to traditional yogic breathing techniques including:
-
Nāḍī Śodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
-
Kapālabhāti
-
Bhastrikā
-
Sūrya Bhedana
-
Chandra Bhedana
-
Bhrāmarī Prāṇāyāma
Alongside these practices, participants will receive a structured programme guide to support the systematic incorporation of breathing techniques for meditation, relaxation, and emotional balance into their personal routine in a sustainable and balanced manner.
A key focus of this workshop is the art of maintaining rhythmic breath flow. When the breath becomes smooth, steady, and harmonious, the mind naturally settles into deeper states of calmness and meditative awareness.
